Hi, I'm Cody.
By day I design the systems behind software companies' revenue: the scoring, signals, and routing that decide who a sales team talks to next, and why. I came up through sales, so I build systems knowing what it's like to be in the seat myself.
The rest of the time I'm being a dad, playing fetch with Sulla at the dog park, training for something, planning a trip, or losing chess rating points I worked very hard to earn.
Things I've Done
- Became a dad in 2026. My favourite hours are the ones spent with my wife and son. Everything else on this list moved down a spot.
- Rode the Trans-Siberian Railway from Moscow to Beijing: six time zones, one very long train, some interesting characters, and the Mongolian steppe rolling past the window.
- Ran Ironman Ottawa in 2025. Triathletes are contractually obligated to mention this.
- Built and shipped an iOS app entirely on my own — user research, design, code, App Store launch. Then made the harder call: not to scale it.
- Currently rated 2016 rapid on chess.com. A number I care about more than I probably should.
Places
25 countries across 5 continents, if you count the Faroe Islands (which I do). Favourite stretch so far: the Trans-Siberian Railway, Moscow → Irkutsk → Ulaanbaatar → Beijing. The bucket-list pins still outnumber these.
Work, Briefly
I'm a GTM systems and revenue operations leader. Right now I'm at RevPartners, designing revenue systems for companies from YC-stage startups to $150M+ ARR enterprises: CRM architecture, signal-based scoring, and AI-native workflows. Before that I founded a health-tech startup, was the first RevOps hire at Mindee (YC W21), and ran M&A data integrations at Trilogy.
If that's the part you came for, the full story is on LinkedIn.
Say Hi
If you're building something and the revenue side is messier than you'd like, let's chat.
